Can a smile change the world? Can it at least change our perception to others?
IT DEPENDS!!!
Yes it depends on how we accept it as a change agent: It depends on our cultures. In the developed world, a smile automatically generates another smile on the face of the recipient; it’s a wonderful way to say Hi or good day. In developing world, it’s not necessarily the same. In some places, a smile might be perceived as insulting or underestimating and maybe invading the privacy of others. While in most of the other places, most likely a smile will be lost among daily routine, crowd and people who are fighting to maintain their basix level of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs: the need for food and shelter; the basic physiologic and safety needs!!!
