It’s the first time for me to closely monitor the American elections. Maybe because of the nature of candidates this time: an African American, women and push – alikes, or maybe because everyone on this planet is sick of Bush and knows very well the impact of any American president on the whole world not only America.

Particularly for me, I was wondering and, at the same time, admiring how Obama slowly but surely managed to convice most voters that he can CHANGE things not Helary not for sure Mcain.

I would say the key success factors for Obama was first his self confidence and the ability to transfer this feeling to you and me, then his persistence: in each and every speech, he was repeating and refocusing and explaining his plans. He made us to memorize it somehow, get use to it, living it and then it will be easy for us to change to it.

The third factor is his calmness: you can easily recognize it in the three debates with Mcain. And when you add to it being a great communicator, you can simply know how he could ignore Mcain in some issues and reply strongly on others, the art of communication is of high level in this man.

Being young and energetic is good but combining it with being realistic is like the brakes to a formula one car. It’s not wrong, on my opinion, not to know as long as we consult those who do, it’s not a shame to say sorry I was wrong as long as we change to the right track.

Last but very critical, Obama was able to identify and well use the winning target group: young people below 36 years who represented more than 50% of voters. He knew how to reach them, speak their language and dragged them to participate.

I think Obama reunited the Sates of America to common goals and objectives, promised the world with better future. For that reason, we all supported him, we dare to dream with him that we are able to achieve a better future with him.

Now it’s your turn Obama, work your plan, push the wheel of change and I am sure that YES YOU CAN
